So the food tastes pretty good and there was no issue with it. I also ordered a smoothie which costs 5 dollars, but half of my... drink was ice the size of quarters. I gave this place a 4 star 10 months ago- I have now deleted my original rating. Every single time I come here and want to order... a sandwich OTHER than their new chicken one, ALL of the bread is out but two that to ?sub? I have to pay extra for- this reallyis a joke and a constant issue - it basically forces you to buy the new more expensive sandwich they offer if you want one, orjust choose something else- which could also have items missing and you have to pay ?extra? for them being out of it andreplacing it. Using the kiosk to order was not the easiest or most user friendly. Half dozen bagels and 2 different kinds showed out of stock... on the kiosk however they were clearly sitting in the racks. After someone came up front they manual got us our order. Overallvery fresh and GREAT product.. Read more

Got the Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich it usually comes on white bread but I suggest trying the Tomato Basil bread really... complements the sandwich and get one of their latest lemonade drinks I had the Mango overall bit the cheapest meal in theserough times and I almost forgot get the whole sandwich not the half worst case you have the other half to enjoy later. Horrible. Ordered bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich. I get to work and bite into it. I open the sandwich to see bacon crumbs. I paid... too much money to get crumbs. Read more

My wife and I got the green goddess cob salad. I also got the tomato soup. The staff was very kind but they got the order wrong.... They did make it right. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Read more

I went to this Panera Bread 2/12. It was not busy the service was pleasant but they used old lettuce in the salad they gave me.... It was brown, limp and inedible. I give 2.5 stars because they are supposed to offer quality food but drastically missed themark. I advise you to check you food before leaving. Read more

I realize that this is an extremely long review, but bear with me. It's only so long because so many things were wrong about... this visit. In my experience, the food itself at this location is usually pretty great. But they just can't get it together, atleast when it comes to takeout orders. My Caprese sandwich was exactly the opposite of what I specified in my mobile order. Forexample, I ordered extra mozzarella and got no mozzarella. Ordered no arugula and got extra arugula. How do you make a Capresesandwich with no mozzarella, anyway? Everything else I ordered extra on the sandwich was either the regular amount (which, okay,I can deal with that) or missing altogether. I also ordered a bowl of mac and cheese, and I wasn't exactly thrilled when Iopened it at work to discover that it was a little less than half full. I ordered a large and got less than a small. Duringthis visit, I was picking up orders for myself and some coworkers, 4 orders total, and the whole process was just painful. Onecoworker ordered the mini scone variety pack, and when I checked, I saw it wasn't in her bag. I asked one of the employees aboutit and she responded, "oh yeah, we're out of that".....and turned away to go right back to what she was doing. Sooo... weren'tyou going to tell me that at any point before I left?? Luckily the manager, Jake, was the one saving grace for this visit. Hehappened to walk up during this exchange and told me I could get something else for her instead. (Well, I would certainly hopeso!) But alas, he gave me a scone that was over $5 less than what she paid for the variety pack. I didn't know this at the time,so I had to call them after getting back to work to get her a refund. This is the second time I've been to this location, andthe second time that it's just been an overall disappointing and irritating experience.
