I am very disappointed. It took 1 hr for papa Johns to deliver most disgusting pizza ever. I ordered an XL cheese, L pepperoni,... and cheesestick. The cheesesticks were very dried and the cheese pizza looks a monster mask ???? and tasted bad. I have alwaysbeen a loyal customer of papa John's but this is just absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order online, when I arrived my pizza was made wrong( thank god I looked at it before I left). The manager stated he... would remake and it would take about 7 minutes. I watched as it went straight to the dough and didn?t wash his hands. I askedhim do they not wear gloves and he said no but we wash our hands. I?m like but I just watched you and you didn?t he swore hedid. I had ordered wings also and I asked if I could get more wings since I have to wait for another pizza to be made and myprevious wings would be cold, he told me they didn?t have anymore wings. What? Just rude. Then I watched him touch the phone andgo around and touch other things and just start making other pizzas and breadsticks (smh) this is crazy. I?m calling corporateand the health inspector cause this is not right. People like this is why other people get sick. Just had the worst papa John?s pizza ever. The small size was tiny; I think it?s gotten smaller. The uncut pizza was also... missing the garlic sauce and pepperoncini. It was like a pita pizza. Oh? and it was $21.00 ? before tip! This is my last papaJohn?s order. Read more

Ordered pizzas for the family for lunch. Ordered veggie toppings. Missed veggie toppings on a pizza, apparently out of toppings.... Called and got credit. Had Papa John's after a long time. Good taste but would have been nice with more toppings. Will tryagain. Read more

Usually pretty good delivery pizza but my last order they prepared a pie with zero cheese just toppings. Mind you this was a... cheese stuffed crust special. Papa John?s is one of my favorite pizzas out there, usually. However, this location really failed to deliver a quality product.... The picture really speaks for itself as far as the care and attention taken by the staff, and there was a noticeable lack ofpapa John?s quality. It was meh. I was also saddened to learn that the only way to get a refund was to go all the way back outand bring the original pizza. I was already inconvenienced by this pizza not tasting the best, so I?m not driving all the wayback out and waiting another 30 minutes for likely the same thing. There should be a way to just get a free pizza in the futuregiven you submit a photo of your problem. Just wanted some good pizza and was let down, should have read the reviews beforecoming here. 2.5 hour delay to deliver a pizza 10 mins from location. Original estimate was 45. I truly could've walked to pick this up.... Office stopped answering phones. App stopped tracking. We ordered pizza hut in the meantime and they showed up before thisdisaster of a burnt pizza did. Read more
