Best Pizza Hut in Concord. I've been going to this location for the past seven years and I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service.... The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the orders are always completed in a timely manner. There are other Pizza Hutrestaurants that are closer to my home, but the overall service at this location makes the carryout trips worth it. Read more

I ordered 2 pan pizzas and 2 hand tossed. I received 3 hand tossed and one pan. It had too much marinara sauce and the flavor... was off. It's never tasted that bad. This was for my son's 16th bday party. I had other people mention to me about the flavorand the marinara as well. Alot of the cheese was an inch away from the crust itself. Just a heads up for delivery customers in apartments! The driver delivered our pizza to the wrong building and blatantly lied... about it. When I called the location to ask where they dropped it off, I wasn?t even mad. I just wanted to walk over and grab itfrom whatever door they had mistaken for mine. Argumentative, the man on the other end of the line rudely accused me of lyingright off the bat and mentioned the driver called me upon delivery and snapped a picture of the pizza at my door. He did call meand I missed it, but my ring camera did not pick up anyone at or near my door whatsoever. I asked for a copy of the picturesince my door had a very distinctive sign on it that you can?t miss. He said he couldn't give me the picture since it was on thedriver's phone. I Can understand that. I just wanted my pizza or a refund ????. He then complained about sending out anotherpizza to my location and insisted that I be outside for the handoff rather than the no contact option I previously requested,which I didn?t even ask him to do. Fine with me because all I wanted was my dinner. I wanted the delivery driver to see where welive and possibly see where he mistakenly set the original order. He also said he ?flagged? my account for future deliveries.Whatever that means. I cannot believe how intentionally rude he was. When the second attempt to deliver my pizza arrived thedelivery man shows up at the correct door and then lied right to my face. He said he brought my pizza to my door and that myneighbors must?ve taken it. After he left I decided to walk to the adjacent building and see if he left the original pizza thereinstead. AND HE DID. Needless to say, I was incredibly uncomfortable with eating the second pizza and took the first one thatwas delivered to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, we all make them. Delivery was on time and medium pizza looked great. Sandwich was thrown together and ONLY thing cooked was the cheese. Yes this... is a pizza place but even other items on the menu you need to be up to par with the pizza. Read more
Ordered same order as last time, Big Family box with extra sauce. Get home and the pizzas have almost no sauce at all. When I... call to speak with them about it they are rude and dismissive.
