Stopped by Popeyes on Concord parkway today. I should have kept going when I saw the 91.5 grade on the drive thru window. ... There was a young lady wearing a garbage bag over her clothes working in the front of store bagging the food. No I decide tostay in line, only to get my food home and see that my chicken breast was still half raw. Never again. The fact that I livealmost 30 minutes awayand didn't want to make the trip back , I just threw the food away. Just lost a loyal customer. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Read more
I would've given 5 stars but my latest visit was disappointing. I ordered online and the order wasn't ready when I got. I had... already paid for it. The lobby was closed, they said they would bring my order out. 9:08 to be ready for pick up 9:30 most ofmy order comes out but not the drinks so now I wait again 9:50 I'm going in lobby now open and team member is mopping floor andanother team member tells she mopping the floor incorrectly now an argument breaks out. I went through the drive through and ordered two spicy number 1s. They couldn?t hear me and miss some of the order. I had to... almost yell the order and slow way down after repeating it several times. Then they didn?t know how to ring up the extra sauce Iordered that they forgot. So Frustrating?. Read more

Horrible service. Can't say the staff was over worked because I was the only customer in the building. 4 people working and not... one person addressed me. Had to wait for the manager to come from the back and wait on me. He acted like it wasn't a big dealthat I was totally ignored. The staff literally looked at me when I asked if anyone was working the register and said nothing.Just went back to what they were doing. Entire staff needs to go the Chick-fila for some training!! I?ve been to a few Popeyes with great results. Not the case here!!! The employees were rude. Just everything we wanted, they... were supposedly out of. After our initial complaint, the manager asked us to come back. The second time was worst. Theorder was still wrong, the employees still had terrible attitudes. The red beans and rice along with the mashed potatoes tastedlike they were sprinkled with vinegar along with items missing from the orders. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go toanother location, this one is very not customer oriented. Read more
Health score 91. Men's bathroom needs thorough cleaning. Toilet had enormous amount of black specs inside bowl, looked like a... lice invasion, dried urine. Had I not seen this I would have given them a 5. Food was delicious and great service from theyoung lady behind the counter. Read more
