Despite having a kfc near me, drove 10 miles for Popeyes. Ordered spicy crispy breast and wings. When got home got a soggy Thai... and a leg. No hot sauce as I asked. Will try a different location next time hopefully Popeyes still has good quality. Read more
We have only been to Popeyes a couple of times, and it's been a few years. We had a coupon for a family meal deal, so we... decided to give it a try tonight. We ordered tenders, mashed potatoes, cajun rice and biscuits. We received our food timelyand everything was DELICIOUS!!!! Those tenders are out of this world. Light, yet crispy, and a great flavor. Stopped by to try out place and walked in to place a order and five associates just in a corner talking, while I stood at... register for over five minutes. Finally I was Rudely asked what you need! Ordered only to be told they were out of chicken.when I came in Male manager on the other side of kitchen standing in a corner giving no guidance at all. He seem to just trulynot care about his job! I know this store has a woman manager and all I can tell her is hire a new staff because you are losingmoney from customers walking out due to poor service, I was the man stand there when you came back from the bank Friday 7/8/22 around 430 Pm. I hope this isn't a franchise store because the owner will be bankrupt very quickly. How is it every day after 7pm you have no... chicken prepared and a customer has to wait 25-30 min for food to be cooked? For some reason all Popeye's hires is slow and people that don't know the menu...of Chicken! I went today and they messed up my... simple chicken tender order and forgot my fries. Even though there was only one car in front of me! So being "busy" is not anexcuse! All of the new ones popping up in Concord are horrible so don't go there if you want your food right, or if you don'tcare about what you ordered. Read more
Don?t come here after 9pm when it clearly states closes at 10!!! Last night I ordered my food for pickup after leaving work got... in line at 9:25, only to find out after i get to the speaker that no one is answering, picture below shows employees walkingaround.. car before me took a picture of as well and probably posted it on social media. Manager I finally spoke to when theywere walking out said i would have to ?get my order at another store? another employee when i mentioned about that it statesthey close at 10, was like ?we need to get that changed? I finally got a refund after the manager was no help and had a attitudewhen I would ask about corporate manager number or to get my food. This location keeps this up and they will probably need tofind a whole new management with how the current staff us treating customers. Read more
While visiting this Popeyes Restaurant on 9/29/2022 at and around 14:15, I had the worst experience of seeing this young... inexperienced female manager who displayed the downright rudest, ghetto, and unconcerned behavior ever. I have been around forquite a while and is old enough to be her great grandfather, but if this is the type of representation Popeyes is offering, itwon?t stay in business at this location for very long. Either retrain her in customer service, how to conduct herself as amanager or release her. It is obvious that she has not been in positions long enough to understand that good customer serviceequals revolving customer returns. If I had to give her an evaluation today, it would be an F- (minus). Terrible!!! If I couldgive a negative rating other than one star, it would be negative three star X 3. Read more
