Great food, great price, wonderful service! Closest to NY style pizza in NC. Update: Still my favorite Italian Restaurant, hands... down. I drive from South Charlotte to eat Italian. It's literally the only time I have pizza ???? or a Stromboli. The chef is avery wonderful cook and he's always very polite. He absolutely runs the show for the owner and what a great job he does. ????????. Read more

Stopped the first time on a whim, for a slice and it was absolutely delicious and the crust was crispy; just the way we like... it. Only giving it 4* instead of 5 because their phone number was disconnected or something when we tried to call and place anorder. I don't know if this is normal or an anomaly. Will try again, but I urge Romano's to investigate as well. Would love tocall in orders quickly and more frequently. Best pizza we've had yet. Read more

I ordered dinner for my boyfriend and I. Really excited to try this restaurant for the first time. The food was still very hot... when it arrived so I was hoping this was a good sign. My boyfriend, who is not a picky eater at all, took a few bites of theshrimp scampi and threw the rest away. It has to be pretty bad for him to waste food. He said that it was way too tart to thepoint of being bitter. I got the spaghetti and meatballs. Sauce was a little on the bland side but edible. Remember the frozensalisbury steak tv dinners? That's exactly what the meatballs tasted like. Frozen pre-made mystery meat. Won't be ordering fromthere again. Read more
