If I could give them a zero I would. This place is absolutely horrendous. It takes absolutely forever to get your stuff. And if... you order ahead you'll sit in the stall waiting for over 30 minutes to get your food and/or drinks. They will mark the order ascomplete as if it is on the way to you but you might end up waiting an additional 20-30 minutes to actually get it. Every timewe come here I instantly regret it, so much time wasted just by waiting. It does not take 30-45 minutes to make 2 drinks and ashake when there is only 2 other cars in the parking lot. I don?t know what?s going on with Sonic lately but the last couple times I?ve had a milkshake from here they have been awful! I... just ordered a Reeses Peanut Butter Milkshake yesterday and it wasn?t even mixed completely, I was literally getting straightclumps of peanut butter in my straw and there was peanut butter on the outside of the cup which made a mess in my car. Also thechurro milkshake I ordered another time tasted more like a plain vanilla milkshake than a churro shake SMH ??????????? I?llstick to cookout for my shakes. Read more
I stopped by to get a Sonic Reese's Blast. As I'm sure everyone is aware, this is a very thick treat. On top of the very slow... drive-thru line I had wait in (15 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line), the person at the window only gave me a straw to eatmy Sonic Blast and no napkins. Luckily, I had to stop for gas at the QT so I picked up a spoon and napkins there. Read more
Took almost 35 minutes to get 6 cars through the drive through. The drink I got was fine, but the wait made it not worth the... trip. EDIT: I appreciate the owner's apology, and I hope they are able to resolve what I am assuming are staffing issues. I want to like this place, especially since it's close. Unfortunately, the food is always wrong or cold>and the customer service... is lacking terribly. There seems to be no adult supervision, just a bunch of teenage kids who don't care about providing qualityfood or service. The wait is usually long, it seems as though the carhops are always closed and you're forced to wait in thedrive thru. Overall, a mess. Read more
The girl at the drive thru was too busy with what was going on on her phone. Not very polite. I handed her my debit card and she... said "You don't have any cash?"in a snarky tone. My limeaid was poorly made and didn't taste right. I'd avoid this place untilthey get some real help there. Read more
Employees shut down stalls and were only working drive thru, without telling anyone, at 9:00 pm. Even if you already ordered,... they charged me, but never received order, complete laziness. Read more
