I got was their chicken cheese steak and regular cheese with fries. I went to try the impossible cheese steak they had online... but apparently they do not Serve that. I asked for water for both orders they said it comes with drinks but for reason water isextra never had to do that before. The chicken cheese steak was un season dry and had no flavor at all. My gf said the same withregular cheese steak. For yall restaurant to sell the best cheese steaks in the world its really nasty and sad. Your restaurantshould learn how to make a cheese steak. The cashier was a young girl who looked the most unbothered person in the world lol. She mustve been new. She got my friend's... order wrong as well as mine. I wanted the eagle which was under the chicken category. I don't know what they gave me but it wassteak. The sub itself was okay. Really dry and little flavor. If I'm ever back in concord mills, I would avoid this place. Idon't recommend unless if you want subpar food with terrible service. Read more

Terrible Service. The girl that made my sandwich didn?t know what toppings to put on it. She also didn?t know what she was doing... on the grill. Went today at 4pm. Didn't seem busy, but cashier bluntly warned me it would be 10-15 minutes before they could take my order and... walked away. Eventually a different cashier walked up and literally just stared at me. It was so awkward. I asked if they wereready, she just nodded and I ordered the cheesesteak. They wrapped my sandwich then asked if I wanted it cut. I said yes. Shecut through the wrapper, embedding aluminum and paper pieces into the sandwich. I had to return it. She said they would remakeit, but I had to throw it away in the food court. I pointed to a trashcan right next to her and see rolled her eyes beforetossing it. Sandwich was $15 and terrible quality. Worst customer service in the world. You DO NOT yell at the customer after they stood there for 20 mins or more and the order... was made wrong then take everyone after you and make you wait even longer for food to be made. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. $30 for two meals (not even large) and you can?t get a refill on your drink. Sandwich had more... bread than meat. Food was awful and the employees are not friendly. Everyone looked and acted like they were forced to be there.Will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone. Read more
