I used to love this Starbucks. Used to be quick, efficient, clean. I do mobile orders 99% of the time and every time I go to... this Starbucks, I wait for my mobile order for 5-15+ minutes AFTER the time it says it will be ready by. This is a very hightraffic Starbucks but they cant handle the drive thru, inside and mobile orders at once- especially during peak times. Drivethru definitely takes precedence over anything else. Ive done a mobile order, gone in and waited and the last car that was inthe wrapped around drive thru line had gotten their drinks before me. I?ve given this location many chances and every chancehas had the same outcome- waiting a ridiculous amount of time for something as simple as a cold brew. At first I thought it wastrouble being staffed like most places (which i get!) , but todays instance they looked to be fully staffed but just couldn?thandle the volume. They just need to be managed much better for this location. Read more
I rarely go to Starbucks but when I do it?s always a pleasant experience. The Starbucks at Afton Ridge in Concord is typically... my choice of locations as it is very convenient and service is always great! The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is I alwaysnotice the floors aren?t as clean as other locations I?ve visited. Floors could use a deep cleaning and daily maintenance. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk espresso with caramel drizzle .. after receiving it .. it looked off .. and I tasted it and it... was the chocolate milk shaken espresso.. I told them and they said no it was right. But it literally tasted like chocolate milkand there was no caramel in it. After telling them they denied it and said no. It?s just annoying because I paid 6 dollars formy drink to be made wrong. I?m usually very submissive and allow it to happen but I?m upset because they just kept telling me Iwas wrong. Read more

Update: This location has been renovated and looks really nice. Service has been good in my XP. Previous: This location has... improved a lot. The drinks used to come out tasting a little off and they used to be really slow, but I've noticed a slowimprovement. I'm glad too b/c this is the closest Starbucks to my home. Read more
Took 45 minutes in the drive through to get my caramel ribbon crunch. Extremely disappointing. Plus there was no way to get out... of the drive through line. Read more
