I literally found a hair in my drink... one other time my friends saw a fly in her tea. She refused to make my drink the way I wanted I asked specificically for 8 pumps of white mocha I got like 3 or 4. I spent $6 on... a drink I threw away. Had to go down the street to the other Starbucks and pay yet again for the drink I actually wanted.Horrible service. It's too expensive for them not to make what you want. Don't go to the store!
