Where do I even start ??????????? This isnt the first incident with this young lady, but today was the last time I'll be in this... store. I believe they call her "Jess?" She snapped at me and my mom while we were ordering. Then this sweet little old mantrying to order she was yelling at him and said "WE CANT HEAR YOU, NOBODY'S PUTTING WORDS IN YOUR MOUTH, WE ARE ASKING YOUQUESTIONS AND CAN'T HEAR YOU." Then after she checked him out at the register, she handed him his things and said, "bye, havethe day you deserve." Just always absolutely rude, snappy and nasty to customers for no reason. Read more
I have been reading a lot of the comments and wanted to write this to give an idea of how it was like for the employees since I... worked here about a year ago... First of all I wanted to say I know the veggies don't always look the best, but actually it'snot the employees fault, the owner literally threatened to take it out of our pay if we threw out any of the veggies no matterhow bad they look... Sometimes my coworkers or I would try to throw some out hoping we wouldn't get a call later that day...Also from experience of working closing shifts by myself almost the entire day I can say with complete honesty we get tired. NowI know that doesn't mean we should take it out on customers but sometimes it's really hard to not completely fall apart orscream when you have to do all the dishes, prep, and make sandwiches all by yourself... Especially when the owner wouldsometimes call and say one thing or another wasn't done right... A lot of bad reviews should seriously be directed at thatowner... I was not a fan of her she expected so much from us but never paid us enough. She is very stingy and honestly I hopeshe loses her license she treated us like servents. I figured I'd make it short and sweet. This place no if's and's, or about's it. This Subway is the best in this area, and maybe... Charlotte region. I order on my app on the way home from work at times, and everything I need is waiting. If you want to putnotes in they will follow. The tall female slender manager and a shorter employee are great emplyees. Read more
