I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I order this every time at another location and always get to choose a cookie as a side. They... wouldn?t let me at this location. Then I asked for sour cream and they just stood there and looked at me. There were 5 workersthere and no customers waiting but me. Completely ignored me. Then I asked again and they said, ?Our sour cream expired.? Butthey didn?t even say sorry or anything. Rather some of them were smirking and whispering with each other. One girl was justleaning against a table. Terrible customer service! I told them I won?t be back to this location. Then one girl said the managerat this location works differently. I come to this Tropical smoothie weekly (mostly between 5-6 days). On Thursday 9/8/2022 I ordered a smoothie and their was a... whole bunch of plastic pieces inside (accidents can happen), so I did not call the Cafe. On Sunday I ordered me and my bestfriend a smoothie and again there was many plastic pieces inside. So on Sunday 9/11/2022 I decided to contact the Cafe to informthem of the situation lately, but whom ever I spoken too did not care much. Just said okay (with a attitude) no sorry, no nothing. I was kind of disappointed that the Employee did not care and did not apologize and or would have offered a new one forthe inconvenience for the second time. Read more
I went to the store to order food for my family and the door was locked. I got there 10 minutes before closing and their excuse... was were are cleaning up. The sign says you close at 9 not 8:50 to clean. I guess that what?s to be expected when teenagers runthe shift. Read more
Just had, I kid you not, the most well-assembled chick?n wrap I?ve ever had from any Tropical Smoothie, served by some of the... kindest, most sympathetic people I?ve met in fast food. A+, y?all. Keep it up. Read more
When my wife bit into her hummus veggie wrap a piece of plastic was in the food what a surprise this was deff could have caused... major injury this must have accidentally fell into the product somehow I know mistakes happen and places like this get theirfood pre packages from warehouses but when I went back to the restaurant to show the manager he quickly said it?s no way thatcould have happened and accused me of planting this plastic in the wrap which absolutely blew my mind all I wanted was my moneyback and the wrap replaced which they did replace the wrap but the accusations of me maliciously planting this in the food isjust absolutely insane very unprofessional place of business I couldn?t find my receipt for the order at the time and he said hedidn?t have time to run the tap back to see if I really was in the store that day well I found the receipt and have filled acomplaint with the corporate office of tropical smoothie strong word we?re exchanged from both parties and I?m left feeling likeI did wrong when my wife could have been really injured stay away from this location please whatever you do Read more
Ur gonna have to pretend its zero stars cause that's what i rate Ajay (the manager). I walked in a couple days ago and i saw one... of the employees crying, and then when i went to pay he just gave me such an attitude. Teenagers shouldn't have to put up withsuch a toxic workplace... they're KIDS. but anyways "sunrise sunset smoothie" used to be good but lately it just doesn't givethat WOW factor if you know what i mean. if you want something good then go to smoothie king or panera. btw there's a new acaiplace in concord right next to food lion and its delicious. definitely recommend. Let?s just say BJ is the plug. It was a first time experience for me and my family. We were excited to try something a little... more pleasing to the body (healthy). From the time we walked in until the time we walked out the customer service was superb! Weordered the Jerk Chicken Quesadilla with the kale salad and a Paradise Point smoothie. Also, we got a Caribbean Jerk Chickenwrap with the Bahama Mama with White Chocolate. Both combos were delicious!! If you like spicy, then I recommend. This is thenew spot for me. Went here multiple times with my family and the food and smoothies were absolutely amazing but, suddenly the menu changed and so... did the workers and the quality of the smoothies being made went down. This is the only tropical smoothies closest to where Ilive at the moment so this was very upsetting especially for the times when I crave tropical smoothie. I've just ended up goingto a location that is farther away??????????? Edit10.25.22- The smoothie at this location as definitely better. Sometimes Ican't go to the other one and the area is very active day and night so this one thats closer to me is better than driving allthat way to satisfy my cravings. Read more
