Waffle House has the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMERS!!! So many of you have become a form of therapy after losing my son in March and... then my Dad in August !! So so was recommending a customer reheat their now cold waffles in Togo boxes and they told me theyhad just gotten one and i mentioned how much I enjoyed mine and that I was gonna check on the ones for Black Friday Mind youtheir orders were late and yet these particular customers weren?t aware of my losses! 20 mins after they left they returned withan Air fryer !! It was 6:30 am!!!! This place is perfect!!!! Ray and Catherine are warm, friendly and exactly what you expect from waffle house... staff. The food was great. Soft Waffles and perfect bacon and eggs. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling or want aquick bite. Bless them all. Read more
The actual best waffle house we?ve ever been to! Our waitress Rhonda was the absolute sweetest and a hell of a entertainer. She... remembered us from our first visit, including what we ordered. ( it had been at least a month since we were there) The otherstaff members are also great! they?re kind to us and one another. They?re like a blended waffle family and we love them!! Notonly was the food great, but it came out super quick too! But truly, we will be driving an hour just for this staff! Read more

This is 1 of the better waffle houses in NC. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was REALLY GOOD!!! The wait staff was... friendly with us AND each other! I'll definitely return soon as Kannapolis on a whole does nit have great places to eatinexpensive meals! Read more

9 Dec 22. There seemed to be a problem with one of the waitresses and the cook. I placed my order. Then there was a lot of... bickering and slamming around dish. Another waitress ask then to cool it.
