This was by far one of the worst wendys I've been to. The worst part for me and my family was the cold food they felt was ok to... serve. The burgar was luke warm, the cheese not anywhere near melted. The chicken sandwich we ordered was near room temperature.The staff was not the most polite nor did they folow the process correctly. When my ordered was redy she simply called order upand looked at me. Terrible visit for not being busy. I will not return to this location. Read more

The opening crew is very nice and on top of things, the evening crew is absolutely terrible. You will sit in the drive thru for... at least 15 minutes, even if there are only a few cars in front of you. They will take 3-5 minutes to even acknowledge you atthe menu. The food will be cold and any changes will be ignored. Read more

What is wrong with this location? I just moved here it's 5 minutes from my house. However I have only gotten 2 orders completed... out of 10 or so attempts. I've waited for over 10 minutes for a response to take my order. Most of the time I just pull off andgo to another location. Look just shut this one down if you aren't going to fix the issues. It's giving Wendy's a badreputation. Read more

Usually my go to for a good burger and fries but something was off today....I got a Big BACON classic as usual no tomato....the... burger itself had no flavor there was hardly any mayo and ketchup which I like (should have said extra mayo and ketchup, I'llknow next time) there was no pickles also....oh yeah it's a big BACON Classic right but it had no BACON ???????? WHERE'S MYBACON???? I love BACON????...you know how you eat something and say now that was good???? well I couldn't say that thistime....was disappointed as this was my last meal ahead of a 13hr work shift ???????? ok Wendy's you had a bad day I understandwe all do ??????????? When I got to the speaker, the lady was very nice and accommodated to my somewhat complicated order. When i pulled around to the... window, I had to correct my drink. I swung back into the parking lot to eat and noticed my sauces were missing, so I got BACK inthe drive thru line to get those. The lady apologized and said she was hurt the cashier...but she took my order so she knew whatwas incorrect and quality control is part of her job. Just another day getting fast food for lunch. Good, freshly cooked to satisfy. They were able to correct my order. You most definitely need to double check carefully to... insure that your order is processed correctly. Staff was friendly. Read more

This was a bit of a patience tester. Yeah, I understand that I hit them at 11:45am. But, this location was somewhat... understaffed. I understand that as a country we?re coming off Covid and all. But, the shift lead/manager was running all overthe place trying to make things better for her employees and the customers. She was on the register, bagging, dropping andprepping fries, etc. All of us customers waited patiently and the manager lady apologized to each of us as we came up to get ourfood. Unfortunately, there?s no truck parking. Therefore, it may be a while before I can get back. But, I?ll give them anotherchance at making this 4 a 5. Read more

This is the best Wendy's I've been at in a while. The lady that took my order was so friendly. I walked out and forgot I had... cookies and the lady chased me down just to make sure I got them. Now that is customer service! I will only be going to this onefrom now on. Great team of employees. Read more
