This is the ONLY Zaxbys I eat well now Ate from in the Charlotte area but now I will definitely not spend my money here no... longer. I always ask for my food fresh and always check while at the window to save myself the time of driving off and figuringout my order is incorrect most of the time. Most of the staff has horrible attitudes , its always Dulce ( however you spell it)every time she makes the whole store look bad, she always ALWAYS tries and gets confrontational when I confront her about myorder being wrong or something missing , Ma'am you want to throw hands cause I said you charged for ranch but I didn't receiveit ? Make it make sense not once am I given an apology or anything. Management needs to stop being "besties" with the crew andkeep it professional especially in front of customers. Read more

Always fast and fresh food. Really nice employees. I always drive PAST another location just to come here.

No stars needed. The customer service of the 2 female cashiers was terrible. They did not communicate well with my order. The... attitude was something from a reality show from the second cashier with pink "Cardi B" long nails. This should not be allowed tohave when working in a food establishment. Really gone downhill. Orders are never correct, never give the correct sauces I pay for, sweet tea is always watered down and... not sweet, fries never have any seasoning. Read more

New cashier needs better training. My order was incorrect, overcharged for an item we did not order and we were charged for... extra dressing, but we didn't order additional (wanted to swap out what we didn't order). We've been here many times so we'llexcuse this visit. Read more

Good food, but it?s not the cleanest Zaxby?s in the world. The service is fast however the order accuracy usually suffers... because of it. Thankfully we?ve eaten inside of the restaurant so they were able to fix their mistakes.But I would be verycautious, and double check that you have everything in your bag if you are going through the drive-through, especially sincethey charge you for extra sauces. Friendly staff. Clean and enough space for our larger party of 8 to sit together. Excellent chicken, fresh salads, and tasty... sauces. A lot of the drink options were out when we went, but there were plenty of choices that we all were able to still getsomething we liked. I'd recommend giving this place a try. Read more

Came to NC for the first time and had heard many good stories about this place from friends who live here. Was not disappointed... at all. The food was amazing quality and its a price you couldnt beat for the amount you get. Got a chicken sandwich with friesand a drink for $5.99 Read more
