I usually get good service, but today was terrible. I missed my lunch break because the first time the food was over salted. The... second time I went back they forgot my cheese. The third time I should have got my money back and my food done correctly. Iwasted my time and gas but no refund for their mistake. It was a large fries with cheese light salt. How hard is it? No staff, sat in drive-thru for 10 minutes after being asked to wait only to be told they were under staffed. Dining room was... closed as usual and after the 10 minutes I questioned what the issue was and told there are other places that we could go toeat. Every time I come to this location they are not accepting drive thru orders and require me to submit an online order. Completing... an online order takes much longer for the customer and is a big inconvenience. You have lost my business until you can get youract together. Read more

Pulled through the drive thru and nobody was there so I figured they were only doing ?online orders? like they were the last... time I went by. So I pull up to the window and asked if they can just make me a drink. She told me NO. Despite her telling methat online wasn?t working. This is the Wingz and Thingz Meal for $11+ Disappointed as I havent been to Zaxbys in a while. We went today and the fries (... barely any) tasted like oil. The Tenders were tough.
