There were about 30 cars in line at the drive through - 28 of them occupied by females with dogs. I went inside and it was... crowded, but I was the only male customer. So strange. Must be a local hangout for the gals. Read more

I went here 2x this past week and order the same drink- A caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino w/ almond milk and extra crunch.... BOTH times, I asked to make sure they had the caramel ribbon- both times they said yes and I asked for extra caramel ribboncrunch. But BOTH times, they did not have it... I try my drink in the drive-thru before I drive away to make sure it is right-neither drink I had this week had Any if the caramel ribbon crunch in it. It's unmistakable because it is little crunchy piecesall thru out the drink. They charge extra for it, obviously. When asked the second time why they told me they had it anddidn't put it in... the young girl at the window said "well we just added extra caramel in there instead." I said but that isnot what I ordered and I double checked before i ordered it because sometimes it's not available- and I'd just get a Chai tealatte instead. The girl then said well do want a refund. I said do I keep my drink? But she just stared at me blankly. I saidhello, are you going to answer me, and she just kept on staring, no answer. Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio... on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks. Read more
This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask... me right away if I'd like a suggestion, that's never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they havelittle plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mochacoffee frappe was done to perfection. I just got a grande toasted white chocolate frappe and I feel like buddy the elf drinking it, it taste like I?m guzzling a ... bottle of pure maple syrup. Someone must have made it wrong could be a massive amount of caramel?? But caramel doesn?t go inthis drink.ive had this many times before and it never tasted like this ???? the guy asked me to tip him as well, maybe approachthat different, I have no problem tipping but asking for a tip is questionable.
