They have started to over foam the milk for lattes so you only have half a cup of latte when you order any size really.... Additionally, more than once have I received the wrong milk, and occasionally a mocha without the chocolate or half the milk. Ionly give it a 2 star since the sandwiches are good. Read more
It's almost as if the basic customer service qualities don't exist anymore here. For starters the customer ahead of me ordered 2... regular coffees and the staff forgot about him and gave me my coffees first. The girls seemed more interested with whatever theywere looking at on their phones versus serving their customers. Secondly the bistro table was out of cream, so I told the girlsworking and rather than someone coming around to check if anything else needed to be restocked, the girl asked me to pass thecontainer to her to refill it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Not impressed. The girl at the front couldn't get my order right because she was so focused on asking her next... question. Another girl was walking around talking on the phone helping no one. While the third girl slowly made coffees. Gettingfood took forever. If I was the only customer I wouldn't of cared but this was at the lunch rush. Update: finally was able todrink my cappuccino and it tastes like flavored water. Read more

One of my best coffee shops in GTA. I havent had iced americano for a long time here but it was a day to have it and very good.... I also did not know that they have more options to choose brunch and lunch menu. I will try again once i have a enough time todine-in. Read more
