Casual ambience, perfect for any setting, and the service from the host to the waiter was great. Overall the food was average.... The first dish (see photo) was very salty and not that enjoyable. Grazie has been among our favourites for years now, but this was our first time dining at the Vaughan location, and we were not... disappointed! The service was great from the minute we entered the restaurant, and our server was attentive and friendly. Onlinereservations were also available for lunchtime on a weekend, which was nice. The pasta was fresh and delicious as always;throughout the years, we've tried various items on the menu, and we have yet to find one that we don't like! We also got acheese pizza for our little ones, and it was yummy too, with just the right amount of crispness. Portions weregenerous. Had a wonderful first visit here this weekend. The restaurant is large, with a bustling back patio, bar and dining areas. The... menu is extensive in true Italian style, and the food was all absolutely delicious! Great wine-by-the-glass options aswell. The real standout was the service from the beginning to the end of the experience. The host at the front door (didn?tcatch her name unfortunately) was hospitable and kind when adding us to the wait list and finding a table that suited our needs.Our server, Nadia, was so kind and made us feel like family! We?ll definitely be back again when in need of a good, hearty meal. Read more

I love this restaurant. One of the best Italian restaurants hands down. We have been coming here for years. We always feel... welcomed and get the best service every time. It has always been so busy before the pandemic and I am very happy that the thingsget better as the pandemic backs off. They have went through a lot of challenges; however, always strive for the best - decor,ambience, and menu outline improvements. Come here for Penza alone lol! Lots of dishes are to die for. It was pleasant experience with friendly server and atmosphere. Despite of many people, it was quiet fast serve and excellent... food. Price is reasonable and food portion was good too. Just there were so many people waiting and also crowded, they mightneed to organize some system for the waiting. I wanted to share a pasta with my friend, they were happy to give us two separatedishes for that order. I would visit again :) Read more
Very nice & cozy restaurant for people who truly love Italian cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious - and you can feel that... everything is homemade ( I would be very surprised if not ). I had focaccia, salad & ravioli with ricotta cheese & spinach. Super delicious! The service was a little bit off, though. I had to look for our waitress several times, and it took her a longtime to bring such items as coffee & tea ( like a long time ). Overall - a good place for a casual lunch or dinner.
