This is one of my favorite place to get tasty BBQ. The preparations are fantastic and super tasty. Live music on weekend is... cherry on top. The vibe is cool and nice place to sit and relax as you enjoy different meats. Reason for one less star is thatthey have started cutting down on portion sizes so you end up paying more for the a relatively smaller portion. Came here for dinner and the staff were very friendly when we arrived. Definitely one of the reasons why you should come... here. There is also plentiful parking and the vibe here is very chill. The menu is a bit complicated to navigate at firstglance, so it might be helpful to ask the server for help. I rated this place 3 stars for that reason in addition to theirprice-to-portion size. I felt like for the price point they could?ve provided larger portions. The meat was cooked well and wastasty, but again I felt like you?d be spending more money than other comparable places. My boyfriend and I visited Hank Daddy's BBQ after seeing a Toronto Arrows game and it was absolutely delicious! The sauce was... tangy and sweet, the meat was fall off the bone and the Mac and cheese was delightful. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Read more
This place is the BEST. We have been here a few times and loved the experience everytime. On top of great portion, food is... phenomenal. Service is also fantastic. So happy we found this place! Service was great. Food options are good too. Chicken burger, Mac n cheese was delicious. But the ribs was complete let down.... Really dry almost like leather. Wouldn?t recommend. Read more
We got the platter for two and it was so worth it! Everything on the platter was delicious. You get to choose two sides and we... chose the potato salad and the beans. They serve it on a nice platter with small tongs. Definitely had leftovers to bring home.The chicken wings were actually the best wings I have ever tasted, were smoky and juicy. Recommend getting the naked and dippingthem in their bbq sauce. The fatty brisket was also to die for. Loved the restaurant, the design and environment. The food was amazing. They had a band playing music Friday night which was... good too. The food quality is amazing. The Owner Hank came by everyone's table asking how they are doing and if they like thefood. Which means a lot to a customer. Read more
Nice ambiance and very cute patio in an otherwise industrial looking area. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries appetizer which had... pulled pork and coleslaw on top of it. Good portion and very tasty. Unfortunately the compliments ended there. Our wingsweren?t very meaty or juicy, and some still had small feathers on it. The sausage was nothing special (although the pickledonions were nice). We got the ribs as takeout to enjoy for dinner but were fairly dry. It?s not a full write off, I?d beinterested in trying their brisket next time. Read more
