Disrespectful staff member, my wife placed order for pizza, they told her 30 wait time 30 minutes later she approach staff to... ask if pizza is ready they didn't even had it in the oven. When she started protesting he told her to go sit and wait. I ofcourse went in after she told me what he did and gave him a piece of my mind. Read more
The pizza is fine, but no matter what kind of pizza we order here, the pizza is never finished in approximately 20 minutes. We... always have to wait an extra 10-20 minutes after the ?approximately 20 minutes.? This is really annoying, and never happens atthe Bathurst and Rutherford location. We live in the area so we like to order here but always disappointing when it doesn?t comeout in time. Save yourself the trip here and go down the street to Bathurst and Rutherford. Ordered from here many times before and the pizza is great! I also love how you can order online and pay cash, which many pizza... places don't do that. And if you order online you can get two free 591ml bottles of drinks! Read more
I?ve had pizzaville from other locations before and been very happy, but this location disappointed. The pizzas has barely any... toppings on them - like one pepperoni per slice, or one tomato per slice. Very skimpy. Won?t be ordering from here againunfortunately. Read more

Ordered XL 3 topping special. This is the 3rd time they have put so little cheese on. I selected Xtra Cheese because I know... how CHEAP they are with the cheese. NEVER has it EVER covered the entire pizza even with Xtra cheese selected even once. Read more
Service was fine. I ordered a vegetable panzerotti which did not come in a box, instead just encased in a small paper bag that... was covered in a plastic bag. I did not know it came with marinara sauce hence it dripped onto my pants. The vegetablepanzerotti was a joke, they sure do love skimping on ingredients, half air, half contents of poorly cooked vegetables, andsoaked-up cheese.
