Was expecting better tbh, the rice we got was dry and flavorless, the chicken in it was dry too. Not enough spices and sauce in... the rice. The garlic beef was also flavorless compared to other Hakka places. The chicken pakora was pretty good though. Maybeit's a one time thing but overall wasn't very satisfied especially since the reviews seemed to be pretty good. This was takeoutbtw. Read more
We were hosting some clergy from the USA and planning to go to Mandarin. However there was an issue and had to make a decision.... Asked Google and arrived at this place with a party of 8. The food was served fresh and hot and the staff was attentive andaccommodating. Solid variety of Hakka Chinese style food that left a good impression with out guests. Went there for dinner on Saturday since we were in the mood for halal Thai . We had chicken pad Thai, green curry beef and... eggplant. The eggplant was a bit too sweet but delicious. Also enjoyed the green curry and pad Thai. Food was really good.Will come back again. They also have Chinese cuisine. Nice to have good halal Thai and Chinese options in this area. First time trying Hakka cuisine and enjoyed the experience! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Wish I remember what... it's called but the deep fried veggie shrimp balls (?) were very tasty! Love the green sauce it was served with. The stir frybeef was too sweet for my liking but it's common for Chinese fusion in North America anyway so that's understandable.Recommended if you haven't tried Indian Chinese food! Read more
I got chicken chowmein and it was excellent! Tooo good! Generous with veggies and chicken! Not tooo oily. Not bland. Flavourful!... So happy to know that I found a delish hakka place near my place! Read more
Great taste and good hospitality. Service was quick and the serving size was good Tried their lunch platter and it?s bang on... value for money. It had chilli chicken gravy on rice with an amazing tasting soup and a spring roll. I also tried their chickenpakoras which tasted great. The food is bad. It was raw and I felt immediately sick after it. The customer service was terrible, the waiter made a comment... with attitude saying ?do u want me to burn ur chicken and make it black? when I asked if the chicken was raw. Read more
