The service at this location is absolutely divine, my reason for giving only 4 stars is the fact that there is no seating area.... I believe this location should have a seating area for customers, I should not be expected to sit in the mall common area when Iwould like a café setting to sit in. Read more
The worst customer service location! Very crowded place with blasting music that makes you shout your orders a few times to... be understood. Instead of lower the music level as they were asked, you receive rude remarks and giggling from teenagers baristas that feel the need to be disdainful towards mature people. Starbucks management train your stuff to be polite andrespectful to their customers ! Read more
Despite the store being way too busy and it closes in 30 mins , the barista here made the most amazing drink, didnt rushed,... didnt made it just for sake of making it. It was perfectly made. Horrible service. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, there were 6 baristas behind the counter but they were all chatting even... though there was a lineup. I waited 5 mins in line only to be told that they were out of Chestnut Praline - their featured lattefor the season.
