Came today at around 8:30 am and got a medium latte which I get everyday. When I got to work and tried it I realized the milk... was spoiled. It was sour, and it smelled bad. Over my lunch time I took it back and told them what happened. A man who worksthere poured himself some of the milk out the expresso machine and said I was right it tasted spoiled. He told a lady whichseems to be his manager or supervisor. When she asked me to tell what's wrong she just said we use thermometer and no way it'sspoiled. They than proceeded to use another machine and make me another coffee. I tried it and again it tested spoiled and bad.I was shocked. I told them they are serving bad milk and since by now I was running out of my lunch time just left the coffeethere. I will never go back to this location. I am shocked that this was not taken seriously and who knows how many people mayhave gotten sick. Read more

Drinks and food are what you?d expect from Tim Hortons but would definitely choose another location. You would think at such a... popular intersection this store would have fast service but it does not. Drive through can take up to 20 minutes and they stillmanage to get orders wrong. Read more
I mean my tea is good. But the lady that served us was incredibly rude, "what do you want" "ya, ya, ya" "drive up." Never told... us a total. Didn't speak at the window. Customer service is a complete fail. Read more
Great drinks as always. Every time I go to a Tim Hortons there is always a queue. That's a sign they make great food and drinks.
A restroom tells you a lot about how they likely take care of the rest of the establishment... this one almost knocked me off my... feet! Thankfully, I keep hand sanitizer in my car and in my pocket! That was after I had my coffee and BLT sandwich... on asomewhat burned bun, but was easily scratched off... I wouldn't have them throw it all out just because of a measly burntbun! Service is slow. Drive Thru people just work that. I went inside to order. Cashier was doing whatever in the back,nobody would even look to see several people waiting in line inside the premises without anyone serving us! Finally two cameout to serve.... wait, not open 2 registers? Nope. One cashier to do cash and coffee and the other to make my sandwich. Whynot the one already at the sandwich station?
