Fast and friendly service. Right outside of Bass Pro shop. Pretty packed/tight, not much space for the amount of people.
I order cilantro veggie lime wrap and it was smaller than the size of my hand either and steep tea was having no sugar and was... full of water.I told them the same but the lady refused to answer and gave me another one but had same issues with it.Hugedisappointing situation and when inquired for the manager they did not even answer!!! Owing to the popularity of the Vaughan Mills Mall, the mall is thronged by people, and the Tim Hortons in the busy mall is... always bustling with customers. It is not uncommon to see a long line up; nonetheless, orders are taken by three employees, andthe customers are served swiftly by the friendly, professional staff. The sitting arrangement is good, and the ambiance iscozy. We have never experienced any rude or unpleasant behavior of staff. My wife and I often visit the mall, and, invariably,we go to the buzzing coffee house for our hot or cold cups of coffee. Read more
Bad service. Employee named Diya was so rude with me. I ordered two sandwiches and one was customised. I asked her which one is... customised she didn?t answer politely and Ms. Diya was so arrogant on that question . We had a bad experience. She need to learnhow to talk with customers. Read more
Slow service. I?m an employee at the mall and sometimes I?ve lunch at tim but I?ve to stand in long lines. Employees don?t have... much time to waste during their breaks. They have 3 counters but only 1 is functional. At least give some kind of quick accessto the employees of the mall. Read more
