Our order tonight had a few issues. Ordered through Skip so could not resolve. The order took over an hour to be delivered which... was due to Skip courier availability which was conveyed as soon as I placed the order. I think Wendys made the order once it wasplaced. Ordered 10 chicken nuggets with two dips. Received 7 nuggets and one dip. Nuggets were not fresh and warm/hot. My cheeseand baked potatoe was all smushed to one side of container but was packed flat as should be. My burger was between cold and Lukewarm. They constantly pack cold drinks alongside hot food. Very disappointing. They need to coordinate when the courier will bethere as to when they prepare the order. AND give us what we paid for. Read more

Visited on a Friday lunch time, the staff were friendly, quick and efficient. The menu was got quite a good choice and there... should be something for everyone. I noticed they serve salads although I don't go often in Wendy's so had to go for a burgerand it was good. Whilst I ate a dissatisfied customer made a lot of noise at the counter and the staff there defused thesituation very well. The guy must have been satisfied with the food because I could hear him eat ten feet away! Prices werereasonable. Read more

Customer service is ok. Nice clean restaurant along with Tim hortons. It's in a plaza. Very very spacious. 50+ people can seat... there easy. Read more

Pretty good meal. Wendy's chicken sandwiches are usually made exceptionally well and this time was no different. The only... downside was having to wait a few minutes for my fries to be ready as there were none left when I arrived. Other than that itwas a good visit. Worst service ever took 10-15 minutes to serve 3 of us the food was sloppy and carelessly put together. That that I was... expecting it to look like the pictures but for the amount of time it took they could have at least done a good job. Read more
