My experience is a one time thing and is not wendys fault but I feel the need to tell this story and give respect to her as she... has earned mine., As I was being served a very rude male walked up demanded she leave taking my order and get his food rightaway. Not in a nice way either. I would love to commend the young lady for her service she finished taking my order all thetime him trying to intimidate her. His order was and even ready. Just got a couple of drinks at this location I used to give 5 stars and say nice things about. Well, staff is changed now and... the drinks were filled mostly with ice. Went back to ask for more drink and they said no. Next time ask for less ice... THIS ISOUR STANDARD! Your standard? Yes! You tell me less ice when you order. Not after you get your order? Seriously??? I was inthe drive thru. Respecting the drivers behind me I paid and came inside instead of holding the line. So, of course they don'twant to give me the number for corporate office, customer service. Ok I will look it up then! Terrible staff. Visiting town and stopped by the local Wendys for my guilty pleasure - chilli cheeze nachos! The nachos were good as always, but... service was the worst I've seen at a Wendys. Three girls at front counter were just talking amongst themselves and when Iinterrupted to place my order, they looked visibly upset. They did not respond to my question, walked away, and were actingindifference and dismissive. Got my nachos eventually, but left a very poor impression.
