The service was great, the wait staff very friendly. I was probably an off day for the parlor because we were the only... customers. The pizza was another matter. Ok, fairly good when it was hot. However, the crust was very dry (no oil), no salt,and there wasn't enough sauce on the pizza. Most of the vegetables were cut very small, except for the mushrooms. Not enoughcheese. We had to ask for additional sauce because it was too hard to eat the way it was. I only hope that on busier days thatthe pizza is made better. We thought that maybe most of their crowd was older, and the restaurant geared their pizza toward theolder citizens who couldn't have oil, salt, etc. If I buy another one, I'll take it home and fix it to my style. My waiter was a younger gentlemen, he was VERY nice and approachable. I had a L stuffed crust pepperoni and breadsticks. I?m... also glad they?ve still got the buffet and salad bar. It?s also been remodeled inside, putting in new furniture. Read more
The food was up to the standards of what you would expect to get at a Pizza Hut, however the service the night that I went was... horrendous. My family and I waited 30 minutes for the waiter to bring us our drinks, in addition, when we got our drinks thewaiter took our order and did not submit it to the kitchen for an additional 30 minutes. There were 12 total patrons and it wasnot busy. Another couple never even got their order taken and they had gotten there shortly after we had. This was a poorlymanaged night and if the service is that bad regularly, the restaurant should be continue to operate. Read more
Was hoping for more than seven pieces of jalapeno when I picked the whole pizza
The pizza was hot and everything I needed after driving all day. We are traveling from the Badlands and returning home to Texas.... After days of disappointing food stops, THIS stop at Pizza Hut was a very refreshing experience. It is everything we'd expectfrom the chain. Should mention we went inside and ordered from the menu. Would give 0 stars. Placed an order online, to pick up at drive-thru, and it charged a $4.25 delivery fee. So called store and... was told they'd correct it... but! The price went up another $4 because they were handling it in store rather than online. TheGM told me she had no idea what the online specials were. Um seriously, you dont know what your company advertised specialsare? She said i owed that extra money..I canceled my order and Pizza Hut lost a regular customer. Read more
I love how they warm up the Marinara sauce dip for their costumers ! They are one of the few people who do that.
Food is usually good, but I tend to get take out or delivery. Over many years, during lunch hours, they are routinely... understaffed, so I hesitate getting dine in. Read more
