This place is always understaffed which leads to what looks like a very high turnover rate. I'd think it would be easier to... retain people if they would hire more people to avoid the ones they have getting burned out and tired of always being at work.I say this because the staff I've encountered are always nice and id like to see them stay longer as they make your visit somuch more pleasant. Also, the food at this sonic is better than a lot of other ones I've been too. They are quick, courteous andso far they have never made a mistake on my order. We haven't been to sonic in a very long time because of our past experiences. We went today and it was AMAZING!!!! The food was... fresh and not full of grease and all sloppy, like we had gotten in the past. The crew was clean and looked professional which isalso a super nice change!!! I love the limeades. The cheeseburgers are good and the dill chips are quite good, too. My husband loves the corn dogs. The... one in Loveland, CO used to have delicious ice cream. A few years ago the formula/supplier was changed and now I don't care forit at all. Read more
For second time I went there.. And had to wait over 30 minutes. But still after all that waiting still never got what I ordered.... I ended up leaving without what I ordered and thoroughly annoyed. It's a shame bcus I used to enjoy Sonic food. I don't know ifI will ever come back???????? Read more
I set for 5 minutes at the drive through and no one got my order, went to a drive in speaker still waited a good 5 minutes... before they took my order. All I wanted was ice tea and still took another 10 minutes before it came out. Thank heavens I wasnot in a hurry and only wanted my tea....just visiting here but sure hope they get more help.
