I always have a good experience here. So far, they've never gotten my order wrong. Usually a very quick stop and go experience.
Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my little guy. He said the food was hot & he enjoyed it. However the lady at the 1st... window who took the money was quite rude. She never spoke when I got to the window nor did she ask me to hold on while shecontinued to take someone's order. Then she took my card & gave it back again no interaction & I said thank you. I wish peoplewho are in customer service would at least acknowledge the customers in front of them. Read more

I entered the restaurant because the drive-thru had a very long line. My order was taking a fairly long time to come out. While... waiting a person from drive-thru came in saying part of their order was missing. There was another customer with a long waittime as well that was here before me. I finally asked for a refund due to waiting so long and fearful for my order being wrong.They were very nice about it and I left. I have eaten here previously and it can be slow, but today was really bad. Read more
I'm not much of a fast food customer but on this occasion I was next door to this McDonald's after an appointment and needed to... get home soon. I used the drive-thru which was easy. Only one car ahead. Check out was easy and pleasant cashier. Received myorder at next windo rather quickly. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 2 milkshakes. When I got home, 7 minutes away, we ate.Biscuits were fresh and moist inside. Sausage had a spicy flavor. Milkshakes were thick and creamy. I was pleasantly surprised. Read more
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers for lunch to eat on the way down to the shore. Very disappointed when I bit into the one and it was... COLD so I put it back in the bag. I took the other one out and bit into that one and this was cold! Also no ketchup given forthe fries?? Do you have to ask for ketchup as well? Very disappointed in fast food places anymore. Everybody screaming aboutcompetitive wages yet they don't even want to work for their money!
