Went with my family last night for my husband?s birthday it was his choice of restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had in a... restaurant. I called made reservations prior because it was a Saturday night. We got seated immediately but then after 5 minutesour waitress came over and asked us if we where ready to order. Meanwhile we didn?t even order drinks yet. I said ?Can we orderdrinks first?? She replied ok. Came back 20 minutes later asking if we where ready to order. We ordered our food I ordered asalad to be brought out prior to my meal. It took 25 minutes for my salad to come out it was a pile of lettuce with 4 babytomatoes around the plate and the salad tasted like dirt. Our food took 45 minutes to come out when the restaurant wasn?t eventhat busy plenty of empty tables. During that 45 minutes not 1x did the waitress come and ask if we needed refills on our drinksor anything. Waitress also was very in friendly to top it off. Just terrible never again! Read more
Wings are good. Ribs a little too slathered with sauce but great. Pacific Rim sauce is delicious. 4 stars is because sitting... outside, the service was pretty pour. Friendly staff who seemed to kind of forget about us most of the night. I'll still beback, but hopefully the service is better inside. Read more
Totally a waste of money. Ordered the bone in wings and they were a few day old wings that were reheated with sauce. DOH should... definitely take a closer look in yhis kitchen, and the time it takes to receive an order is ridiculous. Read more
Recently I've been really disappointed when I've ordered a medium-rare steak. But not at Rick's my steak was juicy, flavourful... and tender enough to cut with a plastic knife, not to mention a perfect medium-rare. My broccoli was also roasted PERFECTLY,with a nice char and still crunchy ????. My girlfriend loved her ribs. Gotta sit down next time instead of takeout. Read more
Huge Compliment to the Chef today. Everything my family ordered from the appetizers to our desserts were extremely DELICIOUS.... My mother and I had the artichoke n spinach dip w chips. The best I've tasted. My son's had the Buffalo wings. They loved themas well. My order son n I had the chicken teriyaki sandwich w fries. Delicious!!! The fries were so crispy n cooked perfectly. My younger son had the BBQ chicken w ribs. He loved every bite. The homemade Cole slaw was the best I've ever tasted. I wish Iknew our waiters name. He was so pleasant, friendly and very patient w all our questions and requests. Best food my family andI've had eating out in a very long time. Rick's didn't disappoint one bit. I highly recommend. Normally, this is our go to place for burgers, ribs, etc. Today, 11,26 was very different. Although it was not crowded at all,... no one came over to get our order. We asked someone and we were completely ignored. Staff we?re hanging out with each other andand did not seem interested. We finally left. I told the hostess we left because no one served us.
