Delicious!!! Sushi was great and almost too beautiful to eat. Everything was prepared fresh and beautifully presented, you can... tell that these folks know what they are doing and take great pride and care to give every customer the best that they can giveevery time. Friendly staff and although a small unassuming space, you will not be disappointed with the high quality foodofferings and caliber of the staff. Not a bad place to grab some ramen or some sushi. I've been a few times now and it's never disappointed. Definitely hits the... spot for Japanese cuisine. Lucky to have this place up here for the locals to get something different. Just wish there was moreseating. The wait can be long but that is expected if the food is really good. I was a little hesitant to try Oyama since it's pretty far off the beaten path, but it was surprisingly delicious! I'm looking... into moving to the Conifer area and if I do, I will definitely become a regular here. It was surprisingly fresh fish! Read more
We both had Tonkatsu ramen.. the broth is one of the best we have had. They lost a star because the edamame wasn't cook... properly.. still raw on the inside and they still charged us for it. Will definitely go back for the Ramen and try out the sushinext time. Oh and the purple haze hot sake.. sooooo good for this winter weather ???? Read more
We have eaten here for lunch twice after hiking and both times had an excellent experience. The service was fast, the sushi... tasted fresh with great presentation, and the meal was a good value. Sometimes ethnic dining in the mountains is less thandesirable, but Oyama Sushi was wonderful! Read more
The sushi rolls are delicious. The volcano roll and spicy scallop nigiri are our two favorite things to order from here. The... wait staff is very nice. I ordered pick up today and had my hands full due to a toddler melt down. They offered and helped mebring my food to my car. I'm looking forward to trying their other entrees. Read more
