( ALEX NELSON ) is the rudest and laziest employee..... Alex Nelson is a terribly rude employee a couple of times that I have... went to this location..I Always get An Iced Chai latte with 3-4 pumps of Raspberry....great food and drinks.... BUT... (MANAGEMENT SUCKS) This rude lady was on her phone playing games and scoffed when I was trying to place my order....like shewas bothered that i was trying to get service???? She seems to be very mean to other coworkers too like she owns them asslaves. OTHER Employees are very kind and wonderful, very on point with costumer service ... Other Employees should find a newJob and or (STARBUCKS Should get new MANAGEMENT.) Food and drinks are a 4.5 star ???? But your Employees need sensitivitytraining. Read more
Didn't pay attention to detail service was just okay
Even with the Covid days the drinks here are still great.

Only Starbucks that doesn?t have internet. Safeway?s internet is not functional.
Always good coffee, but the people are what make them exceptional. Friendly and nice to chat with!
Great service good food and they're very friendly
Watched the employee folding towels for a few minutes, and then 5 minutes before 6PM I was told, oh, we are closed.
