Bad customer service. Got turned away TWICE now. First time, the lady there tells me up front that she has another drink to make... and can't take my order. Today, TWO people were working there, the girl tells me that she's making another drink now and can'ttake my order, the guy is doing nothing, but also doesn't take my order. I won't be back. There's a better Starbucks up theroad. And yes, I called customer service and talked to a manager. Read more
Slow. Long line. One person working. The Starbucks up the street was closed and redirected to Safeway location. That location... did not have hardly any coffee, no Expresso, etc... Came here instead. Nice staff, just slow. Read more
Nice convienent location. Baristo was quick and efficient. Well stocked in grocery store shop. Area was clean and well... organized. Ample walkways, and attracts a nice cross section of the community. Read more
I often order a vente flat white from the Starbucks standalone up the road, it's almost always awesome without fail... 98%..... even the once in a while when not perfect... Still good... I just ordered one for the first time from THIS location... Burnt...Horrible... They clearly do NOT know how to make them here!!! Read more

With no one else around and no other orders being made, you'd think we'd get great customer service. 2 minutes later 1 of the 2... employees finally stopped what they were doing although they both saw us walk up. There was no..."hey how are you" or "we'll bewith you in a moment". Then, the employee that made my cappuccino did not know how to work the machine. Clearly, they both needtraining. Read more
Ordered a salted caramel mocha frappachino. Guy at the register keeps asking me if I want it hot. No, its a frappachino I dont... want it hot?? Gives me an iced mocha instead. Read more
Pleasantly surprised to find this location has breakfast sandwiches even though it's inside of a King Soopers!
