Called and ordered a pizza they said 30 minutes. Got there and the girl said they have no record I called. I reordered and paid... for it. I went to the car to wait. I went back in 20 minutes later and the same girl asked can I help you. She had no idea who Iwas after only 20 minutes and even asked if I paid for it. I find Nirchi's to be a reliable afternoon lunchbreak. The pizza is always fresh with a large variety to choose from. I always... find the right slice to satisfy whatever cravings I may have on a Friday afternoon! Plus having an upbeat and friendly staffnever hurts, I would recommend Nirchi's to any pizza lover. Literally tried to serve me burnt pizzas, when the girl at the counter took them back the cook began to argue with her so loud... numerous people in the dining room area could hear it. Then persisted to tell me it would be over an hour to remake the after Idrove 45 minutes to get them. If I could rate the customer service, treatment of staff and professionalism a 0 I would!!! This is 2 years in a row that Nirchi's in Conklin has messed up our order for pizza for a kids party. Both years we had to wait... for the pizza to be made even though the orders were placed the day prior. This time, the order was for 3 sheet pizza with 9different toppings. Total cost was $142.00. We arrived at 1:40 for pick up at 1:30 and there was no order to be had so thepizzas weren't even made! We waited 45 minutes for them to make our order. They did throw in a pan of garlic knots for ourtrouble, but I think in the future we will go somewhere else for our pizzas for the kids parties. Read more
There are only two good Nerchis locations that I am aware of, this one in Conklin which is very good and the one in Vestal which... is usually the best. All of their pizza tastes a little different depending on which one you go to. The one across from Broomecommunity college is terrible, especially anything they make with ranch on it. Everything in Conklin is usually very good exceptfor their taco pizza, which vestal makes better. The rest of the pizza here tastes very close to the pizza at their bestlocation in Vestal. Read more
