The best fast food I have had in quite awhile. Delicious chili dogs and cheeseburgers.
The gravy for the fries is so good. Plus they have the perfect buffalo sauce for chicken tenders.
I just left this establishment very unhappy. I placed a mobile order of 3 items, ice cream, onion rings and chicken bites with... questions. The app said it would be done by 8:05 pm. I sat in the parking lot until 8:05, to give the time to get my order done.When I came in, the cashier stated "the mobile is here". I watched several drive through orders go out but my order was notamong them. It was 8:12. I had been handed my ice cream when I walked in. The onion rings and queso came up,and were handed tothe wrong person. She then handed me the bag of just onion rings and questions (that was ordered with the chicken). I askedabout my 5.99 chicken order and was brushed off with a "it wasn't on the order screen". I went out to my car (now 8:23) andretrieved my phone to show the order included the chicken. I was told I could wait while they made my chicken. I said, no, justrefund the 5.99. I explained that the order was supposed to be done by 8:05 and now my onion rings were getting cold and my icecream melted. It was way over the time I was expecting my food and just wanted to get home. While I was offered a new meal to bemade, I did not want to wait another 15 minutes while they corrected something that should have been completed by 8:05. I didnot get the asked for refund nor the chicken. The ice cream was melted and the onion rings were barely edible. The question wentuntouched because there was no chicken for dunking. This was poor service all the way around. I should not have received my icecream until my order was done. The order should have been done by the promised time of 8:05, not started at that time. Beingbrushed off when I complained about an incomplete order was inappropriate. I am not a kid trying to get free food, just a seniorcitizen needing to be fed after a 12 hr shift. Though I would like to give my business locally, I do pass 2 other DQs on the wayhome and they may get my order next time. Read more
11:10 am, ordered one value meal. Took one bite of the burger, it tasted like it had been microwaved from the day before.... Uncooked bacon,soggy lettuce & tomato. Disgusting & inedible. Ultimately I paid $10 for a flat soda & fries. The employeesare always the sweetest here but the food has gone so far downhill lately. Read more
Really like the local DQ. Food is tasty and hot and the crew seems well synced with each other. Always helpful with promo codes... and coupons. This location is clean and appears fully staffed and is always busy. My last visit there was a small mix up, whenmy ordered was handed out to the wrong customer. I asked for it to be remade since I couldn't know what had been handled by theother patron and we are in a pandemic so..but they remade the order and it was delicious. Read more
This DQ in Conneaut OH is by far leaps and bounds above any other DQ I've been to. The staff is always polite, happy, and... cheerful. This visit I ordered a cake to celebrate Veterans day with my fellow veterans at work. As you can see they did anamazing job. These guys and girls go above and beyond for their customers. Read more
My husband bought me a birthday cake tonight and when we got home we noticed birthday was spelled terribly wrong (bitchday). I'm... not sure if this was some kind of joke or an honest mistake- which I'm not sure I'd believe it was a mistake. My 8 year old wasvery upset my birthday cake was ruined.
