Reviews for McDonald's in Conneaut, OH
Order using App and for some reason the checkout had an error. Spoke with manager and gave him code which again did not... work. I asked manager if they had issues with App and he stated it never works and they have no way to remedy the situation. In the meantime, two shakes appeared on the counter. I asked him if I could just purchase the one already made and get theother for free as they will more then likely throw them away (Same as App deal). He shrugged his should and implied they wouldeat them. Terrible customer serice at this location. They have a lack of knowledge about there own technology. Read more
OPEN Remodeling complete. Wifi???? Drive thru, Lobby open. Skip the lines by ordering at the self service kiosk, credit/debit... only. There are two registers that you can pay by cash. This store now has table service where they will bring you yourfood. Ordering using the app in the drive thru lane works well. Payment is automatic. Food is ready at the window unless youhave a special order. I haven't tried the new parking spots for the app yet. Food was... McDonald's. We ordered breakfast twodays with app. Read more
I am tired of coming to your place and ordering a quarter pounder with No Cheese and receiving a clod quarter powder with... cheese. Today I even ordered it with extra pickles and onions hoping to get a hot burger the way I wanted it. I am verydisappointed with the service there. The sausage biscuits have gone back to hard as a stone. The ice cream machine is always out of order. The frozen drink machine... is broken down half of the time. I must say though, that the service is always excellent Read more
