The employees must be illiterate. On the ticket, underneath the pizza it is clearly typed in perfect English ?well done please?.... The pizza I received was barely cooked and room temperature right out of the pick up window. It?s been a few years since Iordered from Pizza Hut because of this known issue. I wish they had a ZERO ordered what we get every week, and Wow was I surprised to have a double the price charge, went inside... from drive thru and to speak to a manager, she informed she was too busy to deal with this right now. I asked for her named andshe refused to give it to me so I could call her back later to discuss my credit. She was very rude, and walked away. Theyclearly need to address her attitude with customer?s. She said she would correct it later, ok how are you going to credit myaccount without my card? My concern is how many other?s has then happened to? If I was propierter she would be firedimmediately. Pizza is ok. Place carryout order online. Couldn't find a way to add personal pan pizza for kids, they like them. So, I tried to... call several times and no one answered. This was not the first time I've tried calling and never got thru. When I arrived therewas only one person there doing it all. She didnt have time to answer phones. It looked like she was making and cooking 20pizzas. I think there may be an under staffing problem. Pizza was ok. Just a little chanllange with their site and phone. Read more
