Passing through town, was hungry and decided to stop. Do not regret that decision. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordered a... cheese and olive stromboli, no joke, best I've ever had. Sauce was amazing. Tons of cheese. Dough was excellent. Not toogreasy, a sign of quality food. Definitely recommend. Read more
Husband and I went there for dinner. I've never been and he hasn't been there in years. It's a cute, little neighborhood... restaurant. The staff was friendly and the drinks were good. I ordered a burger but, was told they stop serving sandwichesafter lunch ????but I could get pizza, salad, stromboli or subs (isn't that a sandwich?????) oh well, we ordered a cheese pizzaand a stromboli. Stromboli was large and generously filled. The pizza appeared to only have the essence of sauce on it. Bothwere descent but, nothing to write home about. Now the fun part.....3 hours later both hubby and I are in the bathroom withdiarrhea and vomiting. Made for a really fun date night! I had heard good things about Rainbow Cafe and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The chicken parm sandwich was delicious.... The pizza crust is made in small batches and fresh every day. We had a deluxe and a pepperoni with banana peppers and both wereoutstanding. Will definitely be back. Read more
