After waiting 30 min for two burgers and a 6 piece nuggets. I take the first bite of my double quarter pounder , and get a... mouthful of RAW MEAT!!!. I repeat Raw Meat. As in pink all the way through. Took it up to the counter. Asked for a manager. themanager was very flippant, we have a new cook today. Waited another 30 min for another burger. We decided to eat in rather than going through the notoriously slow (and known for messing up orders) drive-thru. Still took 20... minutes to get our order -- and there were only three of us, and it wasn't busy when we got there. Boyfriend's burger was almostraw. Took them another 20 minutes to get him a new one because they kept forgetting to make it. My son's fountain drink tastedvery weird, too. How do you mess up Dr. Pepper?? Read more
Big mac looked like it was thrown in the box Had to put it back together. Not the first time for this. Was back to get dinner... purched a double quarter pounder with cheese. I've been here many times and was disappointed. The wait was always 10 - 15 minutes. The food wasn't that great. But the last 3... times have been great. Our food was out and warm in 3 minutes. Keep it up Read more
Don't buy the fries! The french fries are always brown from dirty oil and at times luke warm especially when you go through the... drive through. The manager at this location doesn't do a very good job. Read more
