The worst Subway hoagie we have ever had. Very sloppy, no effort at all. My wife and I will not be eating here again.
didn?t get the name of the worker but she was very rude and tried to make a grilled chicken salad without lettuce. how do you... make a salad without lettuce? then get mad at the customer and say that you didn?t add lettuce because the customer didn?t askfor it..? and also get smart about not having the dressing i asked for. absolutely ridiculous. Everytime i go into this Subway it is dirty. There is a Sign stated they clean every hour. I don't see how. They always have... the covers for the food open, Even when there is no one ordering anything. The employees are always just sitting in the back.The Auntie Anne's is never open. I only go into this Subway there is a certain person working. Because she is the only one Ihave ever seen cleaning and being clean herself. It must be a bad place to work being that there is always new people there andno one ever stays that gets hired. I wish they would just shut it down and put a different restaurant in. Read more
Lazy employees in the back talking and ignoring customers. Today I ordered a meatball sub. Got back to my place of work and... the meatballs and sauce were cold as ice. Had to microwave it for 2 minutes just to get them warm. I try to give secondchances, but every time I go here there is another issue. I will just go to the Walmart deli from now on. Read more
Absolutely an embarrassment to the Subway name. The store is very dirty and when I arrived all the employees are hanging out in... the back room sitting on coolers and boxes as I stood there for about 3-5 mins. Then they acted like they didn't want to workand the one employee looked like his subway shirt had never been washed. The neck was stretched out and it was disgusting. Thenthey start making the sandwiches I ordered and when it comes time for the veggies I asked if they had any new lettuce and tomatobecause they were both empty and disgusting looking. They proceed to tell me they have no more at which point I had enough andwalked out of the store. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!! Read more
I honestly don?t understand how this Subway hasn?t been shut down by the Health Board! This place is not suitable to be serving... food to the public! The employees look dirty and seem not to care at all about what they are doing. The place is not clean inthe dining area and food prep station. The last time I was there the female that was making my food was acting like she was highon drugs! She couldn?t focus, kept forgetting my order and never cleaned up the food station from the previous orders. This istotally unacceptable! Read more
The only reason I'm giving it two stars is how hard the girl was working behind the counter. My wife and I stopped in at this... location to buy a salad the other day. The place was packed. There was only one poor girl there making sandwiches etc. She wasrunning her butt off! She was visibly frustrated and who could blame her with no help! There was another younger guy there buthe was too busy holding up a mop in the back and talking to the girl that works at the connected pretzel stand. That girl couldhave checked people out but everything was being left to the poor girl making sandwiches. Great work ethic on her part, poorpoor staffing and terrible teamwork, however. I'll stick to other Subway's from now on. The employees at this location need tolearn a thing or two about teamwork and customer service. Read more
They can't even get an online order right on any of the 3 foot long subs I purchased. Went to pick up the order and every... employee is sitting/standing around. If I could give no stars I would.
