Staff was just sitting around joking with each other. There was only 1 employee that would get up when he seen a customer. Not... many options for food so I just ordered a bacon burger with fries and the burger was dry and fries were cold. Even my daughtergot a burger and smiley fries and she didn't want her food. Service is awful. I ordered a meal and when I went to pick it up, they said they forgot to take it to the kitchen. The cherry... on top was that they had absolutely NO CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT. I went elsewhere to get dinner. The one in Mt Pleasant isthe best. Read more

Service was tremendous, the young lady that waited our table had a sincere and genuine care for the customer. She was the... difference. My nephew was unsatisfied with the texture of his soup. Her persistent and concerning request to replace it with adifferent flavor could not be denied. The chicken noodle replacement was supreme. It appeared a delicious meal with thewelcoming oversized noodles and tasty chicken stock. My niece noticed the Liver had less onions compared to other visits. Shecame back to the table--unasked--with a serving of friend onions. She consistently followed up to ensure we had a great dinningexperience...she overwhelmingly made it great. Her service was sincere. Her tremendous services was easily rewarded with a 45%tip. I informed management of her greatness and replied "she's taking exceptional care of the customer and restaurant, takecare of her!" Had a late dinner and came in about an hour before they closed, Carter was our waiter and he was great! Very attentive and... didn?t try to rush us at all, even though I imagine he wasn?t thrilled about the late table. Nice to see good people like thatin this industry! Thanks again Carter! Read more
