If I could give it zero stars I could. Worst service ever. Waited 15-20 minutes on food that was never brought out. One of... the workers even came out and looked at us while taking a smoke break and went back in and still no food came out. Finally wewent in and got a refund just to see our food sitting there. We took our refund and left with no food. At least one workerseemed to perhaps be under the influence of something. Read more
Ordered 2 chicken strip all star meals. Was charged 22 bucks....received 2 box's of chicken strips and 2 drinks. No fries...our... order wasn't even rang up correctly so we were overcharged. I thought no biggie I'm here ill just go inside. Nope....I stand atthe counter for 4 mins employees literally looking at me then they all choose to not acknowledge I'm the only person in theplace. It was disrespectful so I left I'm done with that place poor customer service period. Complete garbage manners and justcompletely pathetic. To top it off I called when I got home.....of course nobody picked up.....just pathetic. Next time I'mdisrespected like that I'll jump that counter so quick they Won't be able to ignore me I promise. Hardees has a lettuce wrap thats a life saver! Its been forever since I've had a burger because i have a gluten allergy. Me and... my partner just went and the food was hot and very good. The server was extremely kind and accommodating. Price was normaltake-out fast food prices. Read more
8/30/2022 @ 4:48:59 PM I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Frisco burger, small fries and drink. The food was cold. The... cheese hadn't even melted it was so cool and the fries were cold, hard and greasy. The drink was barely filled halfway. This isnot the first time this has happened. Had the breakfast platter and it was very good for fast food. Huge biscuit with a big side of gravy, hash brown rounds, eggs,... and either sausage or bacon. I had a coupon for mine, but I think it's around $5 normally. Well worth it! Read more
Rainy day, but quite educational. Some really cool cars were built in Connersville
Only 3 cars in line after ordering food. After 10 minutes. 1st people received their food. After another 5 minutes, 2nd people... get good. 2nd people has conversation with employee for 10 minutes. I finally left after 25 minutes and no food. Worstservice in Connersville. Very disappointed. I know times are tough but you can do better Hardees. Read more
