Some employees need a serious attitude check. Young lady ROLLED HER EYES and got very rude because she forgot our straws and... drinks. The parking situation is terrible. Their "handicap" spots and access are almost impossible to find for someone who doesn't know... our local store, let alone actually use. If you park your are very likely going to get trapped in your spot if the drive throughline is past your parking spot. It's definitely all about the timer. Your fastest bet is to go through the drive through. Iunderstand a wait time and everything but being nearby and walking over for my lunch break, I ordered 2 coffees on the app.Checked in as soon as it registered I was close enough and I spent nearly 20 of my 30 minutes waiting in the lobby, for 2coffees. Prepare to stand and wait for 30 minutes while the 13 year olds that work here look at you like you?re stupid. I?ve worked in... fast food and unless things have changed drastically, it was never as hard as these kids are making it. Great place that's very family friendly and family oriented. They have a wide selection of food to choose from and there food is... always freshly cooked and hasn't been sitting in there cabinets all day like most mcdonalds locations. All of there employeeswere very professional and nice and came off very inviting and made me feel welcome and confident in my choice to dine in withthem. They were also very sanitary when preparing my food an they wore gloves the entire time and constantly had people cleaningup. I highly recommend Batesville Indiana Franchise location to anyone jus looking for a cheap affordable meal and good serviceespecially even for the whole family! Read more
