I had a beef boat and it barely had any gravy on it. The breadsticks were so hard my husband and I could only eat half of them.
New management is rude. Does not care about the customer. I got a 5% discount for a pizza with no sauce that was dried up and... disgusting. Told me that all she could do was have me bring the pizza back (even though I had it delivered and paid an insanedelivery fee) and make me a new one. Still baffled and confused about it honestly. Kudos to the sweet delivery boy and the girlwho originally answered the phone though! Appreciate you reciprocating my understand and kind attitude. Read more

Work here, place is clean and mostly quick service. All workers are forced to wash hands and wear gloves if your worried,... recommended the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza or the chili burrito. Read more
I placed a pick up order for a 10 inch pizza. I was told the pizza would be ready in a certain time frame. I go pick the pizza... up 10 minutes later than what they say, it was a Saturday, because I know how busy restaurants can be on the weekend. How aboutwhen I get there there is no one at the register, but several people working that can see me standing there. No one said aword to me or looked my way! Two other people were waiting and received their food with no issues. After 15 minutes and sayingexcuse me 6 times, to the young man handing customers their orders, I asked if someone was working the register or could help mewith a pick up order. He literally looked at me, rolled his eyes, puffed, and then said something while walking away. The nextthing i hear is one of the employees behind the register say " come on let's be nice let's be nice" several times before theyoung lady working the register reappeared. She asked me for my name and I was immediately handed my pizza. Once I get in myvehicle and open the box sure enough the pizza was cold! You only get one time to make a first impression and let's just sayNEVER AGAIN! Read more

My recent experience at this location was particularly bad. Upon showing up, many of the tables were messy which isn't a big... deal as we were able to find a table. After ordering our food, our server brings one of our meals about 20 minutes beforebringing the rest of the food. This meal was the nachos supreme, which I am including a photo of. If you decide to order this, Iwould reccomend telling them to go light on the sour cream unless you prefer an ungodly amount of it. When the rest of us gotour food, they forgot to bring one of our soft tacos (we ordered three) so we inform our server and she brings us our third onewhich I am also including a picture of. They didnt put any of the lettuce or tomatoes that came on the first two, and the tacoitself had a worse appearance than what you can get from taco bell for a fraction of the price.
