Your cooks really need to pay more attention to how long they cook the wings. I've made 6 visits to your facility since you... opened and everytime the wings are excessively overcooked. Hard. Dry. I had dinner with here last night with my family. When we arrived, we was greeted at the door with a smiling face and seated... immediately by Tiffany. We love the atmosphere here & I was impressed with how extremely clean the premises were. Tiffanyreturned promptly with our drinks & took our order. The mozzarella sticks were fresh & very good. Our food came out promptly.Tiffany checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came by to check in with us andoffered to get us anything we needed. I visited Wings Ect. For the first time tonight. The service was fast and friendly. We got the Motz sticks app. which was good,... above average but not the best ever. Then the wings, boneless with pineapple bbq sauce. This was over of the best sauces I'veever tasted . I could only finish half my order however, because I was to busy trying to steal my wife's burger that wasseasoned and cooked to perfection. The side of fries were good as well. The best part of all were the Oreo churros with creamcheese dipping sauce. All and all a great experience with options for the whole family. Read more
Had a terrible time yesterday at wings. Wings were cooked in really old grease, and the churros were rock hard that we took to... go. The lead manager who heard my complaint on the wings was rude and short with me. Will not be coming back. Read more
