It's great that you guys hire the mentally challenged, but please fix the drive through speaker so they can understand the... orders that are being placed. They are having a difficult time understanding your customers. Maybe put pictures of the food onthe machines for them as well. Read more
My husband and I had a milkshake. The milkshakes are there best every time. Cook-Out will not disappoint in the milkshakes and... the food is awesome! I don't get to go to eat at Cook Out a lot but never had a bad experience. I'll go back again. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars! I won't be back, the last few times I've been here there is always an issue, I even called corporate... last time, my food is either cold and old, not made right, or even frozen! I would think you could notice these things beforeyou hand them to the customer but they could care less! I was charged because I wanted my sauce on the side so my sandwichdidn't get soggy?! Thats ridiculous especially when I have a free meal card, and it wasn't even correct! Fries with extraseasoning were plain, chicken sandwich was covered in stuff although it was supposed to be plain, and I asked why they chargedme for something that came with my meal, and was told if I wanted it on the side I had to pay for it, but they charged me for acup of queso, not honey mustard! I've never heard that in my life, wouldn't bring the manager over to talk to me and shut thewindow on me. I have never had such an issue with a place and I'm just confused as to why they think its okay to treat customerswith so much disrespect. I'm going to start sharing my story with everyone I know, even my friends who work for the local news.This has to be stopped and if the store, nor corporate will do anything to fix this problem then I guess that's the only choiceleft. I would give it a lower rate if possible. I went here at 12:15pm Friday may 6th and I ordered a hotdog trey and waited for 15... minutes and I get home and see this. Food is always fresh and the temperature it's supposed to be. Service is quick and friendly and the shakes are excellent!
