First time eating here with the fam. As we were seated the waitress that seated us never came back to give us our menu or take... our drink order. I get it that they were busy but i mean taking the extra min to walk back with our menu would be nice. After10mins another waitress notice we didnt have any menu so she walked over and gave us some then took our drink order. I ended upordering bun bo hue for myself and it was pretty bland. Even after adding other ingredient, it just didnt have the umami flavori am used too. However wife says the vermicelli was good. Read more

We decided to stop here after our go to spot was closed for dine in. I ordered their beef PHO combination number 33 large and i... must say cravings satisfied. The broth flavor and meat portion was good. Noodles was cooked perfect. Over all i was impressed. Will not hesitate to come back next time... Money well spent!!! Pho cravings satisfied!!! Update... Well, we decided to comeback for a visit and i was disappointed. The broth was bland and it didn't matter what i put in it. Probably just a bad pho dayfor the chef but i was a unsatisfied customer and won't be coming back for their Pho. Read more

My first visit to Saigon Garden exceeded my expectations. I am vegan and gluten free. Our waitress was knowledgeable about... veganism and was able to point me in the direction of what to order. I ordered V6 from the vegetarian section of the menu andit came with a delicious sweet and sour vinegar sauce to pour over the meal - all plant based to my knowledge. However, mysecond visit at Saigon Garden was not so good. I ordered the same thing off of the vegetarian menu from the first time, V6. This time the sauce was completely different. It tasted nasty. Come to find out, our waitress gave both me and my mom (whoordered the same thing that I did) a sauce made with fish sauce. I knew as soon as I took my first bite that it tasted waydifferent than the first time. After asking our waitress what the sauce is made from she said, fish sauce, sugar, and vinegar. The waitress apologized and said you have to ask for the vegetarian sauce. My question is: why do I have to ask for vegetariansauce when I?m obviously ordering off of the vegetarian specific menu? Another alternative is to give the customer an optionfor what sauce they want. If someone is new to the restaurant then how will they know the sauce isn?t vegetarian /vegan if youdon?t even offer it as an option? Read more
