This restaurant is a joke. If they even get your order ready it's not complete or it's wrong. As a GrubHub driver they make it... very hard to be able to deliver anything from here you never know whether the door is open or whether you have to go through thedrive-thru. They take forever it usually takes me minimum of 10 minutes to get here to pick up an order and I'm still having towait 10 minutes after I arrive and ain't nobody here no other customers. What I experienced tonight was really bad. I ordered on the mobile app for pickup inside. There was a young man running the... counter. He had the sniffles. I watched him wipe his nose, with his hand, then continue to handle the money from a customer. But the worst part was he then continued to get food for the customers. I watched him handle many types of food items and thedrink cups by the top rim with him fingers inside the cup. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS NOR DID HE EVEN PUT ON GLOVES! Themanager was not much better, he was running drive thru and handling food items, also without gloves. He looked like he wouldrather be somewhere else, so I did not mention it, took my food and threw it in the TRASH! BEWARE if you eat at this location! I will NEVER again. Read more
One star review. Had a group of 5 coming inside to order and we literally stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes... and no one took our orders. Employees were just standing around like lost puppies. The manager glanced over and continuedworking with an attitude. No one even walked over to at least say ?sorry for the wait, we?ll take your order in a minute?. Mindyou Wendy?s had self service machines but was not working. This Wendy's needs better coaching. This is my second experience here. Went for dine-in with no line and no one at register and... everyone was just standing. Manager made eye contact but didn't bother to care. Read more

Never gave me a receipt (or offered), spicy nuggets(which is what I ordered)were chewy, hard as a rock, & cold, and they mixed... regular nuggets in with spicy nuggets because clearly those had sat out all day and didn?t start a new batch. Drove all the wayhome to find this out and drove all the way back to store because they won?t answer the phone for me to talk to a manager. Read more
