Waited five minutes to order. Counter people cleaning trays standing around talking five people in line never waited on anyone... before we left. Never even acknowledged anyone was waiting. We were sending on line while people kept lining up being us. Read more

Horrible experiences at this location, time and time again it's bad customer service (very unprofessional bunch of that seem to... have mental challenges taking simple orders, can't even speak up and properly over the speaker at drive thru....are you doinghiring events in 'da hood'?), over cooked or burnt food (see picture, this was all 4 orders of fries that had been overcookedfor some time and soggy), missing items or wrong order, nasty dining area that's rarely cleaned (tables are always nasty andnever wiped down) and basically a bad decision to eat from here, AVOID IT IF YOU CAN! AND P.S. TO THE OWNER BEFORE YOU SUGGESTI GO TO THE LINK AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK, I ALREADY HAVE. I DOUBT IT DOES ANY GOOD....OTHERWISE ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS WOULD HAVEALREADY CAUSED A CHANGE.. This is the worst Zaxby's I have been in. Food was good. They have removed the condiments and the unsweet tea from the area... around the drink machine. To get salt, pepper, more tea, you have to go the counter where the one person there seemed upset tohave to get them for you. They gave one packet of dressing per salad and to get another, you had to ask the same unhappy personwho had to ask the older and seemingly unhappy woman in the kitchen to get another packet. When my wife went to get one, aftera while another person (manager?) finally went into the kitchen and got a packet. There were 2 people at the drive through thatdid not seem busy, but they were conversing and did not help at the front. Read more

Unprofessional management and rude!!. I showed up before closing and they took my order at the drive thu. When I got to the... window they ran my card and charged me for my meal. THEN told me they didn?t have what I ordered and would I like this instead.Would I like something else instead. I said no both times so they had to get the manager to give me refund. When the managercame to the window to get my refund she was rude and acted like I was the problem for not just taking something else. Nevereven offered to say sorry. The girl that took my order was sweet and probably made a mistake by letting me order, but after themistake was made it?s the awful manager that I have a problem with. Read more

This is absolutely the worst Zaxby?s ever . Every single time I come here there is a problem and trust me it?s not a staffing... issue . I usually don?t do reviews but this is ridiculous and just laziness . Out of all the problems I?ve had this one reallyticked me off . I placed my order at 10:40 and arrived at 10:56 , tried to walk in to pick my order up , doors are locked , andI?ve gotten told many times that lobby is open until close to pick up mobile and door dash orders . I pulled around to thespeaker and it?s like 10:58 now I waited , no response . Pulled to the window 3 employees just looking at me counting theregister and taking it to the back , totally ignores me . Finally this one young guy comes and tells me they are closed I toldthem I had already placed the order & paid I was just picking up a mobile but the lobby was closed . The goes and talks to theother staff somebody else comes to the window and tells me they threw my order in the trash!!!! I was annoyed because I knewthey had closed at 11 and I made sure I was there BY 11 . Never have I seen a restaurant throw a order away before closed!! Iasked for a refund and was told they can?t do that or cancel my order . I was just to leave empty handed and they took my money. I want a REFUND ! Train your staff better than this . Like I said this isn?t the first time . Staff is always goofing off andnot caring about tending to customers . I find it very hard to believe they threw the order away before close . I think they wasjust to lazy to even bother making it and that?s ridiculous considering there was a lease seven employees in there at the time .Retrain your staff & teach them some real hospitality because they all lack from it. This is what I paid nearly $10 for? ??????? called them back and the manager answers the phone with Yea? like I?m bothering her.... I just dropped $32 and you legit messed up the entire order. This location has been going way down hill for a while but tonightwill be the last time I ever go to this location. Selling popcorn chicken by the bit and then acting like I?m the issue. This location sucks. The wait is almost always 20+ minutes in the drive thru. And the order is never correct. I will no longer... give this location my business. Employees aren?t nice at all. Look we get you are short staffed but you won?t be needing staffif you keep running your business the way you do. I ordered 6 piece chicken finger plate with double fries and no slaw. Theygave me 3 full size fingers and 2 tiny nubs of chicken crust. I guess that counted as 2 pieces of chicken? They weren?t even bigenough to count as a chicken nugget. And it definitely wasn?t double fries. Also they had no seasoning on them and were cold.Ridiculous to pay $12 for a plate like that. Kids were very disappointed and I refused to wait another 30 minutes in the drivethru for it to be corrected. Dining room is closed so couldn?t walk in to correct it. Would it hurt for you guys to have alittle quality control on your orders and to train your staff to be a little more customer friendly?!?! I want a refund for myorder and I?m not coming back. How are you guys still open? If you can?t afford full size chicken fingers then don?t open thedoors. Poor staff is a direct correlation to poor management. Get your stuff straightened out or you won?t have customers. Andno I?m not a ?Karen?. I worked in the restaurant business for 15 years. I know how it works and you guys need help in more waysthan 1. The service was fine, albeit slow (but I understand it was due to staffing issues). However, after picking up my chicken... sandwich and not really feeling anything on the bread, I was surprised to find these tiny chicken tenders. I didn't go backthrough the line (the dining room was closed), because it took so long the first time. Very disappointed with the portion size.I doubt I'll be back, especially to this location seeing as it was my first time here. Read more
